The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Mas & Pas Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or administration of the giveaway.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter.
By entering this giveaway, an entrant indicates their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The route to entry for each giveaway will be advertised at the time of the giveaway (for example via Instagram, email/newsletter, or another channel). Any eligibility requirements (including any requirement to follow Loopla on Instagram for Instagram-based giveaways) will be stated at the time of the giveaway.
Multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, offensive, fraudulent, generated in bulk, or otherwise not in the spirit of the giveaway may be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion.
The closing date for entry will be advised at the time of the giveaway. After this date, no further entries will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason, including technical issues.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaway and/or these terms and conditions without notice where it considers it necessary, including (without limitation) in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, an actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or where the Promoter considers the giveaway cannot be run as originally planned.
The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with the giveaway.
The prize is as described at the time of the giveaway. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value, or to withdraw the prize entirely, where it becomes impractical, impossible, or inappropriate to award the original prize for any reason.
Winners will be chosen by the Promoter from all valid entries received. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence relating to the giveaway will be entered into.
A winner may only win one giveaway prize per calendar year.
Winners will be notified using the contact method stated at the time of entry (for example by Instagram direct message or by email). Unless stated otherwise, if a winner does not respond within 48 hours of being notified or within the advised timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. This process may repeat until a winner responds and accepts the prize.
The Promoter will notify the winner when and how the prize will be delivered. Delivery may be by post or electronically. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for delays outside of its control.
By entering, entrants understand that if they win, the Promoter may ask to feature their name and/or entry (or extracts of it) on the Loopla website and/or Loopla social channels. Where an entrant provides a photo, they confirm they have the right to share it. Any additional permissions needed will be requested separately where relevant.

Personal data will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent, except where required for prize fulfilment.
