Alice’s ideas are based around making yoga fun, relaxed, enjoyable and accessible to everyone.
Her passion began when attending yoga classes as a teenager in her hometown in Italy and her style developed around classical Hatha with a more organic and creative approach.
For the last few years she has balanced being a mother with her yoga practice, teaching antenatal, postnatal, baby, toddler and children’s yoga classes to a wide community of people.

These prenatal yoga classes are perfect from 12 weeks onwards.
The gentle and yet effective approach of these classes will build a memory that can be recalled instinctively in daily life, during labour and beyond.
These prenatal yoga classes are perfect for ‘mums-to-be’ from 12 weeks onwards with no previous experience necessary.
Pregnancy yoga benefits include expanding breathing capabilities in order to breathe for two, assisting during the labour, birth and motherhood, improving pelvic awareness, toning and releasing the pelvic floor muscles in preparation for labour, boosting your energy and reducing fatigue and lastly encouraging the baby into an optimal birthing position.
No previous experience necessary.

A nurturing Postnatal Yoga class combined with baby yoga practises, suitable for Mum's and their babies up to 14 months old.
Great opportunity to relax, recuperate, regain strength and meet other mums while babies enjoy and benefit from having a nice stretch, gentle strokes with songs and rhymes in a safe environment.
Postnatal Yoga benefits include:

- Realign and maintain suppleness in the spine
- Tone deep muscles to ‘close the body’ after pregnancy and birth

Our Toddler Yoga class is suitable for children aged 1-4 years old.
Adult and child participate with one another exploring Yoga shapes & moves, mindfulness & breath-work through fun themes, music, games and relaxing storytelling at the end of the class.
This is a great chance for both the adult and the child to do a little exercise as well as discover new ways to unwind together.
