Sally - founder of Buddha Baby has over 20 years experience as a teacher-educator, bringing a unique skills set to Buddha Baby, which combines her interests in both education and wellbeing.
Sally has become well-known for the attention to detail and care I provide for my clients and for the traditional homemade cakes I bake for some of my classes!
Sally is a babywearing consultant; baby-massage, baby-yoga, toddler-yoga, and massage-in-schools instructor; holistic massage therapist and yoga enthusiast and runs Buddha Baby alongside her other job as a PSHE education consultant.

About Buddha Baby - Baby Yoga
A brilliant balance of yoga-based practices for you and your baby, to relieve stress, support physical and mental wellbeing and promote relaxation.During this 5-week course you will learn a range of helpful baby handling techniques along with simple stretch sequences integrated with songs/rhymes for babies.
Playful interactions support parent-baby bonding, helping to build trust and develop confidence.
Structured relaxation and time to chat included.
Best for babies age 3-7 months.
Younger babies welcome, not suitable for mobile babies.
Places are limited - maximum 10.
