Life is better when you're upside-down.
Our fantastically physical kids classes are aimed at children who like to swing and climb.
Our youth programme offers aerial hoop, aerial silks, and static trapeze, giving young people aged between 7-16 years old the chance to get fly; whilst also improving their strength, stamina, balance, coordination and confidence in a safe and fun environment.
We run a variety of different workshops across our different venues in the school holidays.
We have workshops running during half terms, day long workshops at Christmas and a full week of upside down time in the summer!
These sessions are aimed at both giving newbies the chance to learn new superhero style aerial tricks and flips and for our more regular students who can't get enough airtime during the term!

About Family Acrobatics and Aerial Workshop
One of the highlights of our schedule is our Family Acro and Aerial extravaganza!A fantastic afternoon of fun and games for all the family. NB - You need to book per person.
There must be one adult in a family group.
Over the course of this 2 hour workshop, you'll all get the opportunity to take to the air with an aerial workshop.
Let the kids fly by introducing them to some Silks and Trapeze - maybe even working on some doubles moves!
Then over to Acro! Learning the basics of partner acrobatics.
Have fun while learning to trust and communicate in a physical movement setting.
If previous workshops are anything to go by, it'll be a fun filled session.
Full of laughs, giggles and games!

About Young Flyers
Our Young Flyers programme offers classes in aerial hoop, aerial silks, and static trapeze, giving young people aged between 7-11 years old the chance to get some airtime.
We find children this age love being upside-down and our job is to enable them to play and learn while upside-down!
Through our sessions, Young Flyers will not only learn to fly, but in the process, gain better proprioceptive and kinaesthetic awareness, build cardiovascular and muscular strength, improve flexibility, increase joint mobility and develop better balance and coordination.
The class emphasis at Flying Fantastic is to have fun while learning new skills, and to experience the power of being upside down!
