Life is better when you're upside-down. Our fantastically physical kids classes are aimed at children who like to swing and climb. Our youth programme offers aerial hoop, aerial silks, and static trapeze, giving young people aged between 7-16 years old the chance to get fly; whilst also improving their strength, stamina, balance, coordination and confidence in a safe and fun environment.

About Aerial Silks & Slings Bootcamp

 A full on day working through conditioning, climbs, drops and sequences on silks and slings.

After many requests we are putting on an entire day of aerial on our vertical equipment for our Young flyers.

This day is for those looking to "climb curtains", increase their skill set on silks and work hard on vertical equipment led by our fantastic trainers.
