We boogie down with our babies, get up and dance, give them baby massages, sing them songs, and explore new physical challenges every week through teacher-led activities on the equipment. Explore tummy time from a new perspective or on a new texture, slide down slides on soft lambskins, or take a ride in a gentle swing! Play as a group and socialise with others! Sing songs, learn a routine, and PLAY!

Stretch the imagination through creative play to support symbolic thinking, language development and social interaction. Fun class activities and stories linked to class themes such as “Dogs”, “Cars and Lorries” and “Insects".

Our sensory baby play classes use song, movement, infant signing, puppets, fibre optics, bubbles, musical instruments and baby-sized apparatus. You’ll learn a variety of ways to play with your newest little bundle of joy. Non-mobile babies are exposed to sensory baby play, songs, and the beginnings of social play. Meet like-minded parents while our expert teachers lead you through nurturing exercises and activities that stimulate your baby’s brain development. The first stepping stone to sparking a love of learning!

Experience music from all around the world– music from both past and present, near and far! From The Beatles to Bach! In Music Level 1, children will delight in the sound of instruments, and “singing” through musical baby talk. They’ll enjoy being sung to, experiencing new sounds and the anticipation of surprise!

We’ll explore new physical challenges every week through teacher-led activities, with a focus on different ways to use each piece of our equipment. Crawl through tunnels, explore different textures, slide down slides (or climb up slides!), toddle over bridges, or take a ride in a swing!! We’ll also practice social skills and memory building through sing-alongs and group-play.

Focussing on a specific sport for four weeks at a time, children get used to the fundamentals of balance, co-ordination, fitness and teamwork. From golf to basketball, and gymnastics to tennis, we explore a wide range of skills and have a lot of fun while doing it! With our famous Play & Learn classes, we were winners of the Most Loved Sport or Physical Activity Classes at the What’s On 4 Kids Awards 2022! In addition we offer sensory, signing, music, art, LEGO and pre-school school preparation classes. Gymboree Play & Music classes operate as a membership scheme. Members pay a regular monthly fee which includes a space in an appropriate class every week, plus access to Open Gym sessions, and much more. Gymboree Play & Music classes are uniquely and intentionally designed for early childhood development. It’s all about opposites: loud and quiet, fast and slow, up and down! Contrasting themes help your child learn better ways to communicate. We move across the bridge sllowwwly and then fast! They’ll learn how to control body movements and use their body to navigate and problem solve across monkey bars, giant cushions, and through little tunnels. We’ll also practice repetition and routine with regular parachute and bubble activities. Soon your little one will be leading the Gymbo Dance!

More adventures come to life through imaginary play in this multi-age play class. A perfect opportunity for siblings to experience class together, or for children to practice more diverse social skills like leadership and peer modelling.

Sculpt with a giant block of clay, design a family tree, paint a mural or make a creation of your very own. All children benefit from a space to be creative. Children are eager to explore different mediums, textures, and ways to express themselves.
