Shape up and burn fat as you lunge, step and squat your way to fitness.
Dance to uplifting Latin rhythms whilst doing a low-impact, full-body exercise, the best way to prepare your body for labour and get back into physical activity after birth.
No previous dancing experience is needed, just come, have fun, feel energized and meet other mums.
Come with or without your baby. The class is mainly standing, so you can wear your baby in a sling or there are plenty of mats for your baby to lie down on.

Small group training offers a more personalised and individual approach - with the trainer being able to correct technique and also go at your pace.

This class allows you to stay strong and active throughout your pregnancy, while respecting all of the physiological changes happening within your body.
It includes specific exercises to create space in your torso, mobilise the joints where fluid tends to build up, and promote optimal foetal positioning.
It also includes breathwork and pelvic floor exercises that can assist you during childbirth.
Suitable for those in their second trimester (i.e. past 12 weeks) up to birth.
Our 5 week Baby Massage courses include guided relaxation, baby massage with songs and rhymes, discussion time on topics such as communicating with your baby, mental wellbeing and coping with crying.

Classes are suitable for babies from 6 weeks up to 6 months or until they start moving and crawling.
Pregnancy yoga is suitable for both beginners and those with an experienced practice.
Yoga can help strengthen and ease discomfort in the body and also learn breath work and techniques to prepare for birth..
Yoga also offers you the opportunity to take time out, be calm and connect with your baby, and coming to classes is a great way to meet other pregnant women and start to build a community.
Barre is the perfect class post birth as it’s an effective and low impact workout with elements of ballet, Pilates and yoga to help strengthen your whole body.
The class is predominantly standing so you can have baby strapped to you in the sling or we have plenty of mats for baby to lay down on too.
You are welcome to attend without baby also!

Postnatal Pilates is a low impact class that combines Pilates and Yoga to work the whole body. Small and precise movements are what this class is about.
Vicky is a Pilates teacher of 11 years but prior to this she trained as a dancer in London. She has also been teaching her own barre classes for 7 years.
Barre is a low impact class that combines elements of ballet, dance, Pilates and Yoga to work the whole body. Small and precise movements are what this class is about and its set to a playlist of fun uptempo music. Sculpt and tone and be prepared to feel the burn!
Combining the creativity of story, song and rhyme with the benefits of positive touch.
Learn to use 10 simple massage strokes alongside words, in songs, rhymes, poetry or prose; adapt existing favourites, or create your own bespoke stories.
We'll spend about half each of session massaging the children, and the other half on the adults, with guided relaxations, and using Story Massage to explore themes around parenting, identity and self-care.
No oil is used and clothes are not removed.
Booking fee is per adult; you can bring multiple babies/children.
Postnatal yoga suitable from 6 weeks postpartum or 8 weeks after caesarean.
Whilst babies are most welcome this is a class for the mamas. The class will include breathe work, pelvic floor exercises and strengthening yoga.
Your baby can rest on a soft blanket in front of you, get involved in some of the yoga with you if needed and of course feed and change nappies.
This is time for you, to move, feel good and meet other mums.
This class is suitable for babies that can hold their head up and are not yet crawling (approximately 3-9 months)
Baby yoga and massage allows you to spend valuable time with your baby that can help aid their transition from one developmental stage to another.
Simple movements will help improve your baby's coordination and balance, introducing them to the skills needed for crawling and standing.
By stimulating various bodily systems, this class can also aid with specific issues such as teething, wind, constipation and colic, while promoting better sleep.

Pregnancy Yoga is a gentle and nurturing practice, allowing you to slow down, to move your body in a safe and supported way, to bond with your growing baby, and to create a strong support network with other mums in the group.
You’ll feel stronger, physically and mentally, and empowered as you approach the birth of your baby and transition to parenthood.
This 75min evening class will start with a chat allowing women to share with the group, and will finish with a long guided relaxation.
