At Make Mee Studio we aim to mend our relationship with clothing by empowering children & adults with sewing and craft skills. We offer sewing lesson, alterations, makes and commissions in our Brockley based garden studio and are active in our local community offering workshops to anyone and everyone who will sit down at a sewing machine with us! Saving the planet one stitch at a time.

About Private Sewing Lessons

 We teach private sewing lessons in our studio or we can come to you, get in touch if you'd like to know more.

Suitable for adults or children over 6+

We are happy for you to share the sessions with a friend or family member.

You can book in for a specific thing you want to make, these are some of our popular private classes:

1 hour - Get to grips with your overlocker.
2 hours Learn to sew - get to know your machine
6 hour pattern cutting trousers or bodice block.

Usually £30 an hour, per 1 or 2 people, there may be a slightly higher charge if you'd like us to come to you or if there are more students.
