About
Maternally Fit offer both pregnancy and postnatal exercise classes in London and Surrey.
The classes are led by a Physiotherapist and are 1 hour long. They include a cardio section, followed by toning exercises for the key muscle groups affected during pregnancy including the pelvic floor.
Our instructors can tailor each class to meet you exercise levels if you are a keen exerciser or just starting out wanting to be more active. And of course, during any class you have the option to ask for help to make the exercises more suitable for you.
