SAADI Gymnastics was established in 1975. Originally specialising in women’s artistic, the club opened up a Recreational Club in 2015 in order to offer gymnastics to everyone in the local area. We run classes for both boys and girls and have squads in both the competitive and recreational classes. We also have recently added drop in classes and parent/toddler preschool classes to our time table. Our vision is to make gymnastics available to everyone in the local area of Harpenden, St Albans and Redbourn. We believe that the skills learnt from gymnastics can help both the physical and mental strength of our members and benefit them not just in the gym but out in the world as well.
