About High Flyers (10-14 yrs)

 In the High Flyers class, children learn to be active in a fun and structured environment, which can aid in the development of confidence and well as crucial social skills.

At this age, typically our children are becoming highly skilled acrobats, utilising skills learned from gymnastics and dance, and adding in aerial silks and hoops, as well as stilts, juggling and maybe even magic!

Classes consist of warm-up, tumbling/acro, aerial silks, aerial hoop, stilt-walking, tight-wire and warm-down.
