About Hula Hoop Workshop with Steph!
Come and join Steph for a 2 hour workshop packed with amazing tricks!Steph grew up using hula hoops as my creative outlet. It was a hobby that was both mentally and physically challenging that she could bring anywhere and share with anyone. It helped her grow in confidence and get fit for every day life.
Steph has 11 years of hula hoop experience, She has a certificate in circus from NCCA and a level 3 in Personal Training.
This allows her to create perfectly balance classes that stimulate both the body and mind so that anyone can be strong enough to pick up a hoop and start hula hooping.
She love sharing tricks with others and watching them develop their own style of hooping.
Please note: You need to be able to Hula hoop around your waist for this workshop and is only for children over 9 years.
