About The Wonder Garden

 Explore the wonderful world of children's yoga and mindfulness through this creative story-time class tailored for toddlers!

Each little yogi will go on an imaginative yoga adventure that builds creative, physical and communication based skills, while empowering children with the tools they need to connect with themselves and what’s going on in their world.

We will stretch and move to yoga poses, play some games, and learn about mindfulness through calming meditations, breathing exercises and music themed relaxation.

It is playful and fun, and your little yogi will love it!

This class is suitable for children aged 18months - 3 years.

Please note that parents/carers need to stay with their children for this course.
