The Conservatoire is the focus of arts education and events in South East London and provides exceptional lifelong learning. Our values centre on Creativity, Quality and Community. We are a charity offering group classes and Individual Tuition in Music, Art and Drama. About Wild Weaving

 Did you know that the branches from the trees all around you can be used to make things?

People weave all sorts of things; baskets, fences… even houses!

Together in this class we will weave some beautiful art.

Using a branch shaped like a divining rod (like people use to find water!) we will make a stick loom.

We’ll use wool, grasses, and other natural objects to weave our art on our loom. Let's have a look at the famous hungry caterpillar- they wove their way in and out of different fruits, cherry pies and even a lollipop!
