My name is Sylvia and I’m thrilled you’re considering my in-person ante-natal classes here in Morden. Becoming a new mum is an exciting and transformative time. I know you likely have a lot of questions and concerns about pregnancy, birth, and caring for your new baby. That’s completely normal! mamalma classes offer you the opportunity to learn, ask questions, connect with other local mums-to-be, and feel empowered for your birth and new motherhood journey. In our small, intimate classes, you’ll gain knowledge about what to expect during pregnancy, labour and delivery, pain relief options, and how to care for your new born. We’ll discuss birthing positions and breathing techniques to build your confidence in your body’s abilities. You’ll learn about developmental milestones, feeding, diapering, soothing techniques and more to help you feel ready to take on those first few months. Plus, you’ll build community and friendship with other mums navigating the same joys and challenges.

A nurturing yoga class for mum's to be. These prenatal yoga classes are perfect from 12 weeks onwards. The gentle and yet effective approach of these classes will build a memory that can be recalled instinctively in daily life, during labour and beyond. These prenatal yoga classes are perfect for ‘mums-to-be’ from 12 weeks onwards with no previous experience necessary. Pregnancy yoga benefits include expanding breathing capabilities in order to breathe for two, assisting during the labour, birth and motherhood, improving pelvic awareness, toning and releasing the pelvic floor muscles in preparation for labour, boosting your energy and reducing fatigue and lastly encouraging the baby into an optimal birthing position. No previous experience necessary. £10 per class when booked as a term £13 per single class booking
