This season we are so excited to have Tiny Novice Level 1 team, Heartbreakers, hitting the competition mat!
Heartbreakers are our youngest cheerleaders at ages 3 - 6 and we are so excited to see them take to the floor during Season 7.
If you have a little one looking to start cheer, why not join Heartbreakers?! This team is welcome to ALL 3-6 year olds, no previous experience in cheer or tumble required, just a willingness to have FUN!
At Maternally Fit, we welcome both novice and experienced exercisers. Each class is individually tailored to your fitness levels and abilities, ensuring a personalised experience.
Pregnancy Classes: Focus on cardiovascular fitness and strength training using a gym ball, standing exercises, and hand weights.
Maternally Fit run Pregnancy and Post Natal classes both online and in studios across London and Surrey.
Our classes are led by Physiotherapists with specialist training in pregnancy and the post natal period.
Our classes are appropriate for both the novice and experienced exerciser, and each class will be individually tailored to your fitness needs and abilities.
Classes include both cardio-vascular fitness and strength training.
The pregnancy classes are based around the use of either a gym ball or standing and hand weights and the post natal classes utilise a resistance band to begin gentle toning.

Classes have a particular focus on core stability and pelvic floor training – the muscles which help to support your baby as you grow during pregnancy.

We run a weekly adult development class thats perfect for those of you wanting to start cheerleading or level up your cheer skills! Its low commitment and a great opportunity to progress to higher levels
Classes start from September and will run every Wednesday 6:45pm-8:15pm (term time only).

Join us for a week filled with fun, fitness, and learning the art of boxing.
Our experienced coaches will guide you through techniques, drills, and sparring sessions to improve your skills and confidence in the ring.
Our aim of the academy is to make each and every individual be the best version of themselves, create an identity through the sport and become physically and mentality stronger inside and outside of boxing giving them the best chance possible in their day to day lives.
