A fun class for children aged 4-10 months. At this age, the average infant has an awareness of their environment: noises, music, people, etc. Their brain is developing at an extremely fast rate, taking in and processing massive amounts of information. Children at this age first learn how to roll from the back to tummy and begin pushing their chest from the ground (4 -6 months), try to crawl (7 -9 months), and enter the pre- walking phase (10- 12 months). Alongside these developmental milestones, infants attempt fine motor movements such as reaching and grasping for objects, waving and clapping. Please contact The Little Gym for a full price list.

This week is an epic Aerial Adventure. We will teach you some tricks and sequences on silks, hoop and slings, and we’ll even get you on some more niche equipment such as Spanish web, aerial net & bungees! As well as all of the flying fun, we'll have workshops on acro, flexibility and handstands! On the Friday there will be a short performance for the flyers to show off what they have been up to all week so the adults don't miss out on all the fun! Please include a note on past aerial experience when booking to enable us to plan the best possible week for your young and teen flyers!

Play is the motivator and promotes continued and repeated practice. This disguised learning in itself is a powerful tool, however we believe in not only teaching the children how to perform the skills, but also to understand why and where to use the skill in the real world. This transcends all six areas of our curriculum: - Personal, social & emotional development, - Communication, language & literacy, - Mathematical development, - Knowledge & understanding of the World, - Physical development, - Creative development. Mighty Kickers teaches the fundamentals of football in a fun learning environment through a series of games using our tried and tested structure. Our Mighty Kickers receive quarterly badges which highlight the key physical, cognitive and football skills they are exposed to in our programme. During these classes, the language of Ballet, as well as knowledge of correct structural and muscular placement will be taught. Elegance, grace with strength, flexibility, expression and artistry are taught and students will learn the disciplines of classical, free- movement and character. This ballet class is suitable for children aged 5 -7 years old.
