Street Dance is one of the coolest dance styles out there. Within the class the teacher uses the most current music to inspire the children to dance to from artists such as Justin Timberlake & Beyonce to Stormy and Billie Eilish. Whether your child is a beginner or a little more advanced, our Street Dance classes are tailored to accommodate and are taught by out friendly, professional dance instructors. Classes will start with a warm up before moving into basic dance moves. Teaching the students the basics of rhythm & coordination. Then moving on at a natural pace adding tore technique as the student builds confidence. This street dance & hip hop class is suitable for children aged 3-4 years old.

Our Rascals class is suitable for children aged 2-3.5yrs old. Our highly imaginative games are designed to build their overall enjoyment of sport, whilst focussing on basic motor skills, hand-eye and foot-eye coordination and the ability to follow instructions! We ensure that every child is entertained and engaged the entire time. Kids rugby teaches multiple sports skills and also all the wonderful, wholesome principles like teamwork, respect, discipline and a bit of healthy competition!

Students will focus on furthering their ballet skills through the syllabus of grades from the International Dance Teacher Association, additionally developing physicality and individuality. Angelina and her team of professional, young and qualified teachers run children’s ballet lessons in London, specifically teaching in Greenwich, Blackheath, Dulwich, Central London and Eltham. Our school has been created for those who would prefer national and international-level performing dancers to help their children through exams, or to simply enjoy the world of dance. This Grade 3 Ballet Class is suitable for children aged 9+ and lasts 55 minutes.

This is a playful, fun based class teaching the fundamentals. Challenging gymnastics skills are introduced, reviewed and mastered to build body strength, agility, coordination and confidence. During this class your child will learn the following skills: Tumbling: - Backwards rolls down an incline - Handstands and handstand forward rolls - Cartwheels and one handed cartwheels - Front and back handsprings with support - Vaulting, straddle, squats and beginner handspring vaults Beam: - Mount variations - Balances and travels along the beam - Cartwheel dismounts Bar: - Cast off dismount - Re-grip swings - Pull over variations Please contact The Little Gym for a full price list. Junior Kickers builds on the foundation skills and football basics learnt in Little Kicks and is suitable for children aged 2.5yrs - 3.5yrs old. Using a familiar structure, children are challenged both physically and mentally. Disguised Learning Through Play: Play and games are at the heart of everything we do. Our games cleverly disguise the learning aspect so the children just think they are playing. The more the children enjoy the games, the more they participate. This enjoyment leads to greater confidence, which in turn leads to self-initiated participation and independent play. Key Features: • Children are encouraged to play independently of the parent/guardian • 45-minute class • Weekly classes • Two coaches for up to 18 children (max) • Each new starter receives a football kit • 4 unique badges to collect across the Junior Kickers programme For those children who started in Little Kicks, independent participation is encouraged. If your child has just joined us you may need to stay close by for a few weeks, but the ultimate goal is for children to be able to participate on their own. The format remains learning through play and because children are allowed to work to their own ability, it is suitable for complete beginners. Classes are £35 per month and run on a rolling monthly billing cycle, plus a one-off registration fee which includes your child’s shirt and shorts of £22.50.

Little Kicks is the perfect introduction to the fun world of Little Kickers and is suitable for children aged 1.5yrs - 2.5yrs old. Children are introduced to the basics of football, dribbling, striking, goal scoring etc in a play-oriented yet structured format, using child-friendly but realistic football equipment. Each child is given the opportunity to work within their ability level but taught in a group environment. Classes also provide a fantastic opportunity for you to assist in your child’s early education, helping them develop physically as well as improving cognitive and social skills. Classes run on a rolling monthly billing cycle (*plus a one-off registration fee which includes your child’s shirt and shorts).
