Postnatal yoga suitable from 6 weeks postpartum or 8 weeks after caesarean.
Whilst babies are most welcome this is a class for the mamas. The class will include breathe work, pelvic floor exercises and strengthening yoga.
Your baby can rest on a soft blanket in front of you, get involved in some of the yoga with you if needed and of course feed and change nappies.
This is time for you, to move, feel good and meet other mums.
This class allows you to stay strong and active throughout your pregnancy, while respecting all of the physiological changes happening within your body.
It includes specific exercises to create space in your torso, mobilise the joints where fluid tends to build up, and promote optimal foetal positioning.
It also includes breathwork and pelvic floor exercises that can assist you during childbirth.
Suitable for those in their second trimester (i.e. past 12 weeks) up to birth.
Pregnancy Yoga is a gentle and nurturing practice, allowing you to slow down, to move your body in a safe and supported way, to bond with your growing baby, and to create a strong support network with other mums in the group.
You’ll feel stronger, physically and mentally, and empowered as you approach the birth of your baby and transition to parenthood.
This 75min evening class will start with a chat allowing women to share with the group, and will finish with a long guided relaxation.
