Older toddlers have fun with their friends and develop a strong musical foundation for their future learning. TIME TO SING Songs for dressing up and telling simple stories! ‘Pretending’ is an important new area of learning as exploration and self expression builds self confidence. Through positive music interaction with each other, our toddlers are also learning important lessons about boundaries and how to handle frustration! TIME TO MOVE Toddlers are keen to get to know each other – bigger more exciting props such as hoops and parachute are excellent for sharing and making friends! Holding hands with partners in Monkey’s circle dances often makes the grown-ups feel very happy too! TIME TO PLAY Composing music is something that comes naturally to our Jiggety-Jiggers! Their strong musical foundation gives them super musical confidence. Props, images, music, stories and poems inspire our little monkeys as they create and perform their own special music. TIME TO SLEEP Most of our classes end with a little time for quiet reflection. Our Jiggety-Jiggers are gently reminded to practise new songs at home using some song words which may be printed from the Monkey Music Club. They may also be invited to bring something from home, to show in class the following week, as part of class topic discussions. Our Monkey Music Jiggety-Jig classes are Stage three for 2 + 3 years old.

Our acro classes combine the art of dance with the athleticism of gymnastics and tricks. We offer classes for children ages 3-16 who are interested in developing their skills in a fun and safe environment. Our experienced and certified instructors use proven techniques to teach students proper form, technique, and skill progression. Our goal is to help each student reach their full potential while building their confidence and creativity. With the combination of gymnastics, tumbling and dance, these classes are a great way to work on confidence, coordination, flexibility and gymnastic skills. Tricks involve learning how to perform stunts such as flips and cartwheels, with focus on developing strength and flexibility, which are essential for both dance and acrobatics.

Little Kicks is the perfect introduction to the fun world of Little Kickers. Children are introduced to the basics of football (dribbling, striking, goal scoring etc.) in a play-oriented yet structured format, using child-friendly but realistic football equipment. Each child is given the opportunity to work within their ability level but taught in a group environment. Classes also provide a fantastic opportunity for you to assist in your child’s early education, helping them develop physically as well as improving cognitive and social skills. The main focus of Little Kicks is what we call ‘learning to learn’. Our coaches are taught specific techniques that enable children to get the most out of our classes. We believe that play is one of the greatest development tools and when combined with repetition and structure, ensures effective learning. Classes involve a number of games that require parents to put on their running shoes and get actively involved in the session. However, some games are specifically targeted at developing independence. These transition games mean children as young as two will be able to play independently of their parent or guardian. Little Kicks teaches the fundamentals of football in a fun learning environment through a series of games using our tried and tested structure. Our Little Kicks receive quarterly badges which highlight the key physical, cognitive and football skills they are exposed to in our programme. Our Little Kickers absolutely love showing their badges to their teammates and family!

Our Street Dance classes bring out a huge amount of talent, technique and enthusiasm in their students, and teach street dance to modern music. A lot of children learning ballet technique enjoy relaxing with street dance as an additional style to master, others prefer to focus solely on street as their dance style of choice! Each of our friendly and enthusiastic dance teachers have trained professionally and performed ballet, contemporary and street dance at national and international levels. Street dance lessons are taught to a particularly high standard, structured around choreography that will help your child’s technique, comprehension and ability. Both complete beginners and those with existing dance experience will learn and evolve their technique through structured terms of dance lessons. This Street Dance class is suitable for children aged 5+.

Students will focus on furthering their ballet skills through the syllabus of grades from the International Dance Teacher Association, additionally developing physicality and individuality. Angelina and her team of professional, young and qualified teachers run children’s ballet lessons in London, specifically teaching in Greenwich, Blackheath, Dulwich, Central London and Eltham. Our school has been created for those who would prefer national and international-level performing dancers to help their children through exams, or to simply enjoy the world of dance. This Grade 3 Ballet Class is suitable for children aged 9+ and lasts 55 minutes.
