Sophie teaches private pilates lessons at all levels, including beginners. Private classes can take place in the park or in your garden. You can also invite a friend to join you and share the cost, or if you have a few friends and space to host, you can book private group sessions. If you have a baby but a group class is not for you, then we can work together one to one and tailor the lesson to your individual needs and your baby can join us too! ​Please contact Sophie for prices for private one to one classes (small private groups are priced subject to numbers),
