By reaching out and grasping for the sounds your baby will be stimulating their physical and emotional development. A fun class for children aged 3-4 year olds. During this class thee children will be taking part in: - Socialisation activities teach children how to function in a group, listen and follow directions, communicate with others, share, and take turns. - Activities focused on emotional development build comfort in a group (without the parent), encourage risk taking and help children deal with success and failure. - “Circuit” format ensures continual movement and minimizes waiting. Themes and theme related music make each class a fun, learning adventure. - More challenging, developmentally appropriate gymnastics skills build strength, spacial awareness, balance, overall body coordination, and self-confidence. - “Free play and exploration” are incorporated into the learning time on the gymnastics equipment. - Children learn and perform gymnastics routines for the parents during Show Week Please contact The Little Gym for a full price list.

Advanced level of Football coaching, at this stage every touch does matter, therefore we work in smaller groups focusing on: - Control - Dribbling - Coordination - Passing - Keeping possession - Shooting Our aim is to empower your child to reach their optimum footballing self. Our Lions Football class is suitable for children aged 11-13 years old.

During these classes the language of Ballet, as well as knowledge of correct structural and muscular placement will be taught. Elegance, grace with strength, flexibility, expression and artistry are taught and students will learn the disciplines of classical, free- movement and character.

(Parent participation not required but parents/carers are required to stay with their children) Junior Kickers builds on the foundation skills and football basics learnt in Little Kicks. Using a familiar structure, children are challenged both physically and mentally. For those children who started in Little Kicks, independent participation is encouraged. If your child has just joined us you may need to stay close-by for a few weeks, but the ultimate goal is for children to be able to participate on their own. The format remains learning through play and because children are allowed to work to their own ability, it is suitable for complete beginners. KEY FEATURES: - Children are encouraged to play independently of the parent/guardian - 45-minute class - Weekly classes - Two coaches for up to 18 children (max) - Each new starter receives a football kit - 4 unique badges to collect across the Junior Kickers programme Play and games are at the heart of everything we do. Our games cleverly disguise the learning aspect so the children just think they are playing. The more the children enjoy the games, the more they participate. This enjoyment leads to greater confidence, which in turn leads to self-initiated participation and independent play. Junior Kickers teaches the fundamentals of football in a fun learning environment through a series of games using our tried and tested structure. Our Junior Kickers receive quarterly badges which highlight the key physical, cognitive and football skills they are exposed to in our programme. Our Little Kickers absolutely love showing their badges to their teammates and family!

Caterpillars (walking - 2.5 years) Step, Toddle & Throw! CATERPILLAR sessions provide the perfect start to your child’s sporting journey. As confident walkers this class aims to develop their co-ordination, balance and agility as well as language and social skills. RUGGERBUGS understands the importance of learning through repetition, so the format and structure of activities have been specially developed to build your child’s learning processes and self-esteem. Parent Participation is a MUST in this class to assist not only in taking part but also with the development of your child’s communication and listening skills. This class is also a great opportunity for some valuable parent – child bonding time. Please note there are different memberships available which can be discussed on booking.

Mighty Kickers are confident with boundless energy and this is catered for in the lesson plans. Classes are suitable for children aged 3.5 yrs - 5 yrs old. Our games are fast-paced and increasingly football-focused, with fun still at the heart, meaning that even new starters easily pick them up. Children begin to understand the importance of team play and matches are gradually introduced. Classes are £35 per month and run on a rolling monthly billing cycle, plus a one-off registration fee which includes your child’s shirt and shorts of £22.50.

Beetles (Year Reception & Year 1 Children) Run, Clap, Catch and Score! BEETLES sessions will see your child developing “buckets” of confidence and self-esteem and will be autonomous in completing the rugby inspired activities on their own or as part of a group with the support and guidance of trained coaches. Parents can now take a well-earned rest on the side-lines but always on hand to provide a bit of support and encouragement when needed. Basic motor skills are now enhanced with more demanding rugby inspired skills, drills and games sequences further developing your child’s co-ordination, body awareness, controlled movement, and spatial awareness. The focus is on applying what your child has learnt to perform activities through planning and evaluation of their actions to understand and improve their performance. The basics of Tag Rugby and core values of rugby are now gently introduced with the emphasis of FUN still very much at the heart of the session. At the end of each session your Child will receive a weekly Sidney Sticker to collect and stick on their Sidney Sticker Chart. As your child progress through the RUGGERBUGS “Head Start” Programme they will achieve “SIDNEY SKILL AWARDS” in line with the programme structure and criteria. These will be assessed and monitored at the end of each term and allow a smooth transition into the next class when your child is ready. Dance, play and move with imagination. This informal class is an opportunity for children to build their confidence, creativity and have fun learning movement with others. Experiment with fun dance exercises, creating their own routines or playfully make-up dance routines as they go. They will be supported and guided by our friendly, professional and experienced dance teachers every step, hop and leap of the way. The classes are broadly focused on contemporary dance, but each teacher will bring their own inspirations and styles to the class providing a truly unique experience. The class will be accompanied by Latin, Afro and Caribbean inspired music by Auris Delan.
