Older toddlers have fun with their friends and develop a strong musical foundation for their future learning. TIME TO SING Songs for dressing up and telling simple stories! ‘Pretending’ is an important new area of learning as exploration and self expression builds self confidence. Through positive music interaction with each other, our toddlers are also learning important lessons about boundaries and how to handle frustration! TIME TO MOVE Toddlers are keen to get to know each other – bigger more exciting props such as hoops and parachute are excellent for sharing and making friends! Holding hands with partners in Monkey’s circle dances often makes the grown-ups feel very happy too! TIME TO PLAY Composing music is something that comes naturally to our Jiggety-Jiggers! Their strong musical foundation gives them super musical confidence. Props, images, music, stories and poems inspire our little monkeys as they create and perform their own special music. TIME TO SLEEP Most of our classes end with a little time for quiet reflection. Our Jiggety-Jiggers are gently reminded to practise new songs at home using some song words which may be printed from the Monkey Music Club. They may also be invited to bring something from home, to show in class the following week, as part of class topic discussions. Our Monkey Music Jiggety-Jig classes are Stage three for 2 + 3 years old.

A classically based music class for children aged 19 months and up. We aim to provide a solid foundation and love of music in all children, in a nurturing environment. This focuses on developing motor skills, keeps active bodies moving and prepares children for the Preschool Class. Children will enjoy opera quality singing, use of child-sized drums, castanets and maracas, live cello, violin, viola or piano accompaniment and of course guest stars like a saxophonist, harpist and more. Little London's program is designed for adults and children to enjoy together, so we ask all accompanying adults to join in the fun! More active than our Baby Classes, this class is most suitable for toddlers who are able to walk confidently unaided. We do not allow mobile phones in any class.

Our baby classes are a sensory musical experience, and we stimulate the babies through sound, touch, movement and colour as they sit, crawl, toddle and explore the space. Throughout our baby sessions we focus on the importance of touch and interaction between you and your baby as this connection is a vital part of babies emotional, physical and intellectual development. There is an emphasis on tickling, giggling, singing, making your baby laugh, bonding and lifting the little ones up in the air in time to the music! We look for their eyes widening, their lovely chubby legs kicking with excitement and their eyes following the sounds of the instruments. An experience not to be missed and a fantastic start to your Boppin’ Bunnies journey with us! In our young toddler classes you will find a wide range of activities to stimulate this very active age group! We use counting and movement songs and different instruments to hold the growing attention span of your little ones. This class is more physical as young toddlers benefit greatly from a lot of ‘hands - on’ musical play with their adults! We start to introduce concepts that are developed fully in the pre-school classes, such as listening and responding, counting, colours, getting out & packing away the instruments, and how to bring calm moments to the class using teddies and lullabies. We will encourage you to dance with your little ones, hold their hands, swing them round, lift them up, bounce them around, make them laugh and harness all their raw energy into having fun together! These Boppin' Bunnies classes are suitable for children aged 18 months - 4 years old. MIXED AGES CLASS If you have more than one child to care for or coming as a mixed age group, this is a great class for you. Or perhaps the timings just suit you better! We’ll cater this class to suit the little Minijammers in attendance. ###What to expect### The scientific research into developmental benefits of music for young minds is astounding. If you're hoping to raise a baby genius, we encourage you to book for the term to best benefit from our progressive programme. Our Baby Music Class is suitable for children aged 6 months - 20 months old. We aim to provide a solid foundation and love of music in all children, in a nurturing environment. Join us for a classically based music class for children aged 6 months and up. Children and adults enjoy opera quality singing, use of child-sized drums, castanets and maracas, live cello, violin, viola or piano accompaniment and of course guest stars like a saxophonist, and more. This is an interactive class between adult and child. Each baby and adult pair will be allocated a full set of instruments to use exclusively for the duration of the class. We ask the adults to come prepared to join in and engage their little ones and only hand out the relevant instrument, as per the teacher's instructions, for each song. Mobile phones are not permitted in any class.
