Students will focus on furthering their ballet skills through the syllabus of grades from the International Dance Teacher Association, additionally developing physicality and individuality. Angelina and her team of professional, young and qualified teachers run children’s ballet lessons in London, specifically teaching in Greenwich, Blackheath, Dulwich, Central London and Eltham. Our school has been created for those who would prefer national and international-level performing dancers to help their children through exams, or to simply enjoy the world of dance. This Grade 5 Ballet Class is suitable for children aged 12+

Little Kicks is the perfect introduction to the fun world of Little Kickers and is suitable for children aged 1.5yrs - 2.5yrs old. Children are introduced to the basics of football, dribbling, striking, goal scoring etc in a play-oriented yet structured format, using child-friendly but realistic football equipment. Each child is given the opportunity to work within their ability level but taught in a group environment. Classes also provide a fantastic opportunity for you to assist in your child’s early education, helping them develop physically as well as improving cognitive and social skills. Classes are £46.80 per month and run on a rolling monthly billing cycle (*plus a one-off registration fee which includes your child’s shirt and shorts of £25.00).

Join us for a fun filled mermaid morning! We will be dancing to all of our favourite little mermaid tracks as well as lots of arts and crafts and Summer fun! A place where imaginations come alive, and children can experience the joy and magic of dance. We love to have fun, we love to use our imaginations, and we aren’t afraid to be a little silly at times too! Through all that we do, we hope to foster a long-lasting love of dance in your little one, and fill them with confidence to take on the world. Our camps are drop off and are for children aged 3-6 years old. Children do not need to attend our weekly classes to join our camps.

Catchy sounds and up beat tunes for making Monkey Music! TIME TO SING Music and language have many things in common and Monkey’s action songs have been especially written to support your child's early language development. Colourful props aid visual memory while repeated actions reinforce a feel for the ‘steady beat’. TIME TO MOVE Moving and dancing freely around the room with Monkey encourages your child to express the music that they hear with their whole bodies. Exercising to music forms and strengthens neural bridges that are necessary for later learning. TIME TO PLAY The Monkey Music Band offers your child the opportunity to practise fine motor skills using hand held percussion instruments. Band members need a certain amount of self awareness and self discipline which comes with regular band practice! TIME TO SLEEP Toddlers need active time for exercise and quieter times for calmer activities. Listening is a critical life skill which we nurture with relaxing and soothing music to conclude each Monkey Music class experience. Our Monkey Music Heigh-Ho classes are stage two for toddlers from 12 months.

Our Scoundrels sessions are suitable for children aged 3.5-5 years old. These sessions are packed with fun games that work on multi-tasking skills and confidence building to challenge them physically and mentally. We also bring in the concept of working together as a team.

Ants (2.5 - 3.5 years) Run, Jump, Catch and Throw! ANTS sessions continue to develop your child’s balance and agility with more structured and rugby inspired running, jumping, catching, and throwing games. The focus is on co-ordination, your child will learn to move different body parts, move in different ways and becomes more spatially aware. Parent participation is a MUST to continue assisting with your child’s understanding and participation and provides for some valuable parent-child bonding time. Important “skills4life” continue to be introduced so your child’s can practice and build confidence in their communication and listening skills. Learning elements focusing on colours and numbers are also introduced. The session also allows for your child to play and interact with other children in close proximity which helps to develop an understanding of sharing and taking turns. Trained coaches are on hand to explain, encourage and support with the activities. At the end of each session your Child will receive a weekly Sidney Sticker to collect and stick on their Sidney Sticker Chart. As your child progress through the RUGGERBUGS “Head Start” Programme they will achieve “SIDNEY SKILL AWARDS” in line with the programme structure and criteria. These will be assessed and monitored at the end of each term and allow a smooth transition into the next class when your child is ready. A LADYBIRDS CLASS (3-4yrs) covering motor skill development. During the session trained coaches will follow the RUGGERBUGS programme ensuring that your child participates in age-appropriate activities. For children aged 3.5 years onwards the basics of Tag Rugby and core values of rugby are gently introduced with the emphasis of FUN still very much at the heart of the session. RUGGERBUGS understands the importance of learning through repetition, so the activities and equipment have been specifically designed to support this learning process and build self-esteem. Important “skills4life” are gently introduced to begin developing your child’s language, communication, listening skills and building self-esteem. The session also allows for your child to start interacting with other children of the same age. Trained coaches are on hand to explain, encourage and support with the activities. At the end of each session your Child will receive a weekly Sidney Sticker to collect and stick on their Sidney Sticker Chart. As class numbers grow the sessions will be divided into relevant age group sessions and times. As your child progress through the RUGGERBUGS “Head Start” Programme they will achieve “SIDNEY SKILL AWARDS” in line with the programme structure and criteria. These will be assessed and monitored at the end of each term and allow a smooth transition into the next class when your child is ready.

KEY FEATURES: - 45-minute class - Weekly classes - One coach with up to 12 children OR two coaches for 13 to 16 children - Each child receives a football kit - 4 unique badges to collect across the Little Kicks programme LEARNING TO LEARN The main focus of Little Kicks is what we call ‘learning to learn’. Our coaches are taught specific techniques that enable children to get the most out of our classes. We believe that play is one of the greatest development tools and when combined with repetition and structure, ensures effective learning. Classes involve a number of games that require parents to put on their running shoes and get actively involved in the session. However, some games are specifically targeted at developing independence. These transition games mean children as young as two will be able to play independently of their parent or guardian. FUNdamentals & Badge Certification Little Kicks teaches the fundamentals of football in a fun learning environment through a series of games using our tried and tested structure. Our Little Kicks receive quarterly badges which highlight the key physical, cognitive and football skills they are exposed to in our programme. Our Little Kickers absolutely love showing their badges to their teammates and family! The primary goal is to settle children into the structure of the session, improve their confidence and attention, develop their basic motor skills and develop a good kicking technique.
