Our Acro /Gymnastics class for boys and girls is an energetic class for all abilities and this class is for children aged 7-11 years old. Students will learn to stretch and warm up safely, following on to sitting pike, sitting straddles, forward rolls. They will then progress further into handstands, Cartwheels, Bridges, Kick Overs & More.

This class is for enthusiastic children who love to be challenged. Instruction incorporates detailed skill building drills that teach specialised body positions and movement patterns to learn more advanced gymnastic skills. During this programme your child will focus on the following skills: Tumbling: - Backward extension roll - Back handspring - Round off, back handspring - Backwards walk over - Straddle up to handstand - Handstand 180 degree pirouette Beam: - Jump to balance mount from a spring board - Cartwheel on high beam - Cartwheel to side handstand dismount Bar: - Baby Giant on high bar - Front hip circle - Fly away dismount Please contact The Little Gym for a full price list.

Our fun, structured play sessions take children on a journey of sporting imagination with engaging and energetic coaches supporting them every step of the way whilst teaching how to catch, pass, kick, run with the ball and play as part of a team.

Baby Ballet is for our teeny tiny ballerinas who will be able to come in with a parent/carer and feel supported in the studio while learning ballet steps and going on an adventure! At Moone School of Ballet we pride ourselves in offering enjoyable and friendly ballet classes in a disciplined environment allowing every student to achieve their full potential. Our training follows the globally recognised Royal Academy of Dance Syllabus, one of the world's most influential and highly acclaimed organisations in classical ballet. Through the care of our teachers we develop posture, flexibility, stamina and co-ordination whilst learning a beautiful art form. We believe that our ballet training is more than just pirouettes and plies, it is a platform to grow in confidence, acquire valuable skills which can be applied outside the studio in everyday life and a chance to make new friends!

Mighty Kickers are confident with boundless energy and this is catered for in the lesson plans. Classes are suitable for children aged 3.5 yrs - 5 yrs old. Our games are fast-paced and increasingly football-focused, with fun still at the heart, meaning that even new starters easily pick them up. Children begin to understand the importance of team play and matches are gradually introduced. Classes are £35 per month and run on a rolling monthly billing cycle, plus a one-off registration fee which includes your child’s shirt and shorts of £22.50.

Tales from the Shed - Summer Season Every carefully planned show incorporates educational songs, movement and language games, which help promote brain development and early learning in young children. Every show is different, with a new theme incorporated into the show each week. Having worked in partnership with early years experts over three decades, our diverse team presents educational stories featuring our much-loved characters - from Can-Can the beautiful Bird to laid-back Lion Down and The Thing That Goes Blurgh! What is Tales from the Shed? Tales from the Shed are vibrant, inclusive theatre shows that are perfect for young children. They are informal, lively and amazingly engaging as the performers and audience share the same space. Age Restriction Tales from the Shed is for children from 0-6 years only. With the exception of older siblings, no children over the age of 6 will be admitted. Seating Seating is mostly on mats on the floor so that children and performers can freely move around the space. Chairs are available for anyone who would prefer not to sit on the floor. Pricing You will need to purchase a ticket for everyone from the age of 6 months. If you are bringing a child under 6 months they are free of charge and you do not need to get them a ticket.

Beetles (Year Reception & Year 1 Children) Run, Clap, Catch and Score! BEETLES sessions will see your child developing “buckets” of confidence and self-esteem and will be autonomous in completing the rugby inspired activities on their own or as part of a group with the support and guidance of trained coaches. Parents can now take a well-earned rest on the side-lines but always on hand to provide a bit of support and encouragement when needed. Basic motor skills are now enhanced with more demanding rugby inspired skills, drills and games sequences further developing your child’s co-ordination, body awareness, controlled movement, and spatial awareness. The focus is on applying what your child has learnt to perform activities through planning and evaluation of their actions to understand and improve their performance. The basics of Tag Rugby and core values of rugby are now gently introduced with the emphasis of FUN still very much at the heart of the session. At the end of each session your Child will receive a weekly Sidney Sticker to collect and stick on their Sidney Sticker Chart. As your child progress through the RUGGERBUGS “Head Start” Programme they will achieve “SIDNEY SKILL AWARDS” in line with the programme structure and criteria. These will be assessed and monitored at the end of each term and allow a smooth transition into the next class when your child is ready. Mega Kickers is the culmination of the preceding age groups and is suitable for children aged 5yrs – 7.5yrs old. It brings together all the skills learnt and introduces them to real football matches. Children continue to develop their social and cognitive skills as well as honing their football skills, putting them to use at the end of each session during the 20-minute match. There is a focus on fair play, as well as a focus on knowledge, understanding and practical application of the rules of play.
