Some of London’s earliest Easter egg hunts took place at Kensington Palace, where a young Queen Victoria scoured the gardens.
Nowadays, no matter what London neighbourhood you’re in, there’s likely a trail hiding near you.
The best ones involve clues tucked among blossoming gardens and historic buildings. When else can kids solve puzzles at a royal palace?
In 2026, our favourite free hunt also features singalongs and games, with a friendly guide named Egbert Fluffleton, no less!
