Chinatown’s Chinese New Year parade

Chinatown’s Chinese New Year parade is one of London’s biggest cultural celebrations and a great free day out for families.
The parade marks the Year of the Horse and brings colour, music and movement to central London. Expect traditional lion dances, drums, and performers making their way from Trafalgar Square through to Chinatown London. Streets are decorated with lanterns, and there is a lively, festive atmosphere throughout the area.
