We know it can be tough to find time for yourself when you’re juggling busy schedules and caring for your little one – that’s why our Family Dance and Movement class is the perfect solution. It’s a fun, active way for you to stay fit, be creative, and connect with your child. This class is designed for parents and caregivers who want to get a good workout in while having fun with their little ones, ages 10 months – 5 years. Wear your exercise clothes, bring your water bottle, and get ready to move to the beat! No dance experience needed, just a positive attitude and a love for staying active with your child. About Arts Depot We’re Barnet’s award-winning art centre and we provide opportunities for people to connect, create and enjoy themselves. Over 162,000 people visit artsdepot each year, to watch shows in our theatres, take part in classes or explore their creativity in our schools and outreach projects.
