A doula led 4 week full comprehensive birth preparation course, helping you to feel prepared, empowered and confident about birth. During the course you will learn evidence based information and lots of practical skills to use during pregnancy, birth and in the fourth trimester. T he course covers antenatal birth topics and hypnobirthing to support every kind of birth. All classes include refreshments, hot/cold drinks & lots of cake! (all dietary requirements are provided for) £250 per couple (birthing person plus their birth partner) which includes your handbook, resources, phone and text support and gift bag of goodies.
