Barefaced Birth offers Honest + Informed + Empowering 5* rated hypnobirthing courses in Nottingham and online. My courses are not the “traditional hypnobirthing” courses you may have heard of; they are informative, focused on you and your partner and share with you practical evidence based information alongside some amazing hypnobirthing tools & techniques to help prepare you for birth and beyond. Barefaced birth was born from a desire to support couples on their journey to becoming parents whilst navigating the maternity system and learning all about birth. I believe that all couples deserve to have a beautiful and empowering birth experience however their birth happens. I am really passionate about providing evidence based no nonsense birth education for everyone; supporting informed decision making and postnatal and birth trauma support.

About Hypnobirthing & Antenatal Classes

A doula led 4 week full comprehensive birth preparation course, helping you to feel prepared, empowered and confident about birth.

During the course you will learn evidence based information and lots of practical skills to use during pregnancy, birth and in the fourth trimester. T

he course covers antenatal birth topics and hypnobirthing to support every kind of birth.

All classes include refreshments, hot/cold drinks & lots of cake! (all dietary requirements are provided for)

£250 per couple (birthing person plus their birth partner) which includes your handbook, resources, phone and text support and gift bag of goodies.
