In our Butterflies class we explore more complex ballet terminology/movement such as skipping, balancing on one leg, positions of the arms and feet, etc. We also start to learn short dances which we perform in class or in our watching week at the end of terms. A parent/guardian watches their little dancer or drops them off.

When your little dancer reaches the end of their Ballet Bugs journey, they can move up into our Primary class. A perfect combination of the joy of dancing and the technique of ballet, your child will benefit physically, mentally, emotionally and socially. Watch your child make new friends for life and find their wings through dance!

Caterpillars is the perfect introduction to dancing, hopefully building a love for it early on. We work towards our first balletic movements such as galloping, twirling, being on tiptoes, jumping, etc., while also dancing with lots of props for fun, engagement and sensory education. We also practice some early disciplines like sitting on our spot, waiting for our turn or tidying up our props after we have used them. Classes are £5 each - You can pay for a one-off trial first before committing to a half term or term.
