Acro Dance Pre-Intermediate

Here we learn how to fly. Learning aerials, flips and complex supports and group pyramids. Class is really challenging and we spend a lot of time on stamina and stretching, prior to learning any new tricks. So be ready to sweat and stretch...sitting aside or just doing tricks is not an option! Acro is a combination of Acrobatics and dance. It is the style that grows in popularity currently. It helps dancers build up stamina, improve their balance and learn a lot of different tricks. It will include stretching as well as learning acrobatics. So it is not a short journey, but one to remember! This class is for kids with previous experience in gymnastics or acrobatics. If you are new, please book our Starters class first. Her aim was to give people in the area a chance to socialize, get to know their neighbours and bring creativity into their daily routines of people. Attracting professional choreographers and gymnasts, the first Dance Fitness Classes started. Fast-forward and one class became two. And then not only adults were enjoying the freedom of movement as kids' classes started. However, there is much more ahead for the studio! As the aim is to give access to all styles of dance and allow people to find the style that allows them to feel free and happy.
