About Acro Dance Pre-Intermediate
Here we learn how to fly. Learning aerials, flips and complex supports and group pyramids.Class is really challenging and we spend a lot of time on stamina and stretching, prior to learning any new tricks.
So be ready to sweat and stretch...sitting aside or just doing tricks is not an option!
Acro is a combination of Acrobatics and dance.
It is the style that grows in popularity currently. It helps dancers build up stamina, improve their balance and learn a lot of different tricks.
It will include stretching as well as learning acrobatics. So it is not a short journey, but one to remember!
This class is for kids with previous experience in gymnastics or acrobatics. If you are new, please book our Starters class first.
