About Gourmet Camp: Homemade Pasta
Get a full immersion of the Italian cuisine by cooking some pasta from scratch during our February cooking camp!Classic Italian cuisine is a celebration of simplicity, fresh ingredients, and regional diversity.
It emphasizes high-quality components and traditional cooking techniques that have been passed down for generation.
Making homemade pasta is a rewarding culinary experience that results in fresh, delicious noodles that can be tailored to your preference.
Menu: Beef ravioli, tagliatelle with bolognese sauce

Students from 12 to 15 years old cook separately from the youngest ones when we have a minimum of 4 teenagers.
