Get a full immersion of bread workshop during our October cooking camp!Attending a bread workshop can be an enriching experience for anyone interested in baking.
It’s a hands-on opportunity to learn the art and science of bread making, from simple loaves to more complex varieties. Your foodies will make a focaccia and nail the lentil bread.
Focaccia is a traditional Italian flatbread known for its light, airy texture and flavourful crust.
It’s often seasoned with olive oil, herbs, and sometimes topped with additional ingredients like tomatoes and olives.
Red lentil bread is a nutritious and gluten-free alternative to traditional bread, made primarily from red lentils. It's a protein-rich, hearty bread that’s also naturally vegan
No refund after booking. Students from 12 to 15 years old cook separately from the youngest ones when we have a minimum of 4 teenagers.
