You will have a full immersion in the chef's world by joining our professional kitchen located in the hear of Belgravia.

About Gourmet Camp: Dim Sum Workshop
Dim sum is a traditional Chinese cuisine consisting of bite-sized portions of food typically served in small steamer baskets or on small plates.It originated from the southern regions of China, particularly Guangdong province, and is closely associated with Cantonese culture. Dim sum is often enjoyed during yum cha (tea drinking), a social dining experience that combines tea with a variety of delicious dishes.

Students from 12 to 15 years old cook separately from the youngest ones when we have a minimum of 4 teenagers.
Not suitable for children with the following allergies or food intolerances/diets: Gluten, dairy. eggs, pork, beef.
