Get a full immersion of Provencal food during our summer cooking camp!Provençal cuisine is the traditional cooking style of Provence, a region in the southeast of France known for its Mediterranean climate, fertile land, and rich culinary heritage.
Provençal food is characterized by its use of fresh, local ingredients, vibrant flavours, and simple yet elegant preparations.
During this workshop, your foodies will learn how to make a pissaladiere and a tasty ratatouille.
No refund after booking. Students from 12 to 15 years old cook separately from the youngest ones when we have a minimum of 4 teenagers.
