Bolognese pasta, or Pasta Bolognese, is a classic Italian dish featuring a rich and hearty meat sauce, traditionally served with wide pasta like tagliatelle or pappardelle.
The sauce, known as Ragù alla Bolognese, is slow-cooked with ground meat, tomatoes, and aromatics, creating a deeply flavourful meal.
Not suitable for children allergic to gluten, dairy, eggs.
