Our fantastically physical kids classes are aimed at children who like to swing and climb.
Our youth programme offers aerial hoop, aerial silks, and static trapeze, giving young people aged between 7-16 years old the chance to get fly; whilst also improving their strength, stamina, balance, coordination and confidence in a safe and fun environment.

About Teen Flyers Workshop
Our regular class for the ‘not so young’ flyers.This skill based class teaches aerial hoop, silks and trapeze, as well as building strength, flexibility, coordination AND exercising all at the same time!
Whether you are after an alternative way to exercise or a new and unusual skill; we’d love to get your young adult airborne!
Teen Flyers is a perfect mix of an activity that is exciting, enjoyable and gets you fit without even feeling like you are doing a workout.
There isn’t any other sport where you get to hang upside down in the air on a hoop, spin on a trapeze or tumble down a silk for an hour!
The best part is that you don’t need any strength or flexibility to start, the whole point of aerial is to help you build these things.
