Our Young Flyers programme offers classes in aerial hoop, aerial silks, and static trapeze, giving young people aged between 7-11 years old the chance to get some airtime. We find children this age love being upside-down and our job is to enable them to play and learn while upside-down! Through our sessions, Young Flyers will not only learn to fly, but in the process, gain better proprioceptive and kinaesthetic awareness, build cardiovascular and muscular strength, improve flexibility, increase joint mobility and develop better balance and coordination. The class emphasis at Flying Fantastic is to have fun while learning new skills, and to experience the power of being upside down!
