I am a midwife and mother to three beautiful boys. I offer face-to-face hypnobirthing classes following The Birth Uprising ethos. I believe that hypnobirthing is for all people, all births. My courses offer the chance to meet other pregnant people and to learn in a group environment alongside your birth partner. Additional to the course, I provide resources and support through Whatsapp and Facebook groups, these continue even when the course has finished. After baby is born you will have the chance to attend buggy walks and coffee meet ups.
