About Baby & Child Story Massage

 Learn to use 10 simple massage strokes alongside words, in songs, rhymes, poetry or prose; adapt existing favourites, or create your own bespoke stories.

We'll spend about half each of session massaging the children, and the other half on the adults, with guided relaxations, and using Story Massage to explore themes around parenting, identity and self-care.

Suitable for any pre-school child who would enjoy it, and who might hold still enough to be massaged!

No oil is used and clothes are not removed. Booking fee is per adult; you can bring multiple babies/children.
