Junior Crickets

Building on the strong foundations developed in our younger sessions, Junior Crickets helps children take the next exciting step in their cricket journey. These sessions introduce more game-based learning, allowing children to develop a deeper understanding of how cricket is played while still keeping everything fun, active and engaging. Children will continue to develop: • Batting, bowling and fielding skills • Throwing and catching technique • Game awareness and decision-making • Teamwork and communication • Confidence and coordination Both technical skills and simple tactical understanding are introduced in age-appropriate ways and brought to life through simple skill-based games . Our focus is always on maximising participation so every child is involved, learning and enjoying themselves in a fun, supportive environment. Note: Parents and guardians are expected to stay, participate and remain responsible for their child throughout the class
