Advanced Coaching for focused Cricketers Our limited-space, two-day intensive course for junior cricketers aged 9-11. There will be cricket focused training through out the day with skill based learning, technical coaching and game based competition. As competition becomes more important, we will encourage players to focus on playing to win while emphasizing the Spirit of Cricket. Through a combination of warmups, fielding practice, and games, we will introduce strength and flexibility exercises, to improve their range of movements. Our coaching style, centered around Games for Understanding, will promote problem-solving and enhance creative thinking while teaching the full range of cricket skills in a safe and fun environment. The course may include a hard ball element and it is expected that if the participants have it to bring their own hard ball kit. This Course will also include a tour of the Historic Lords ground, including the Museum, Pavilion and players changing rooms. Players will get an unprecedented insight into the history of the home of cricket unique to the Lords experience.
