Antenatal classes, baby care workshops, pregnancy yoga, classes offered in Spanish and Italian too. We are a small, nurturing company, run by a local team of practicing Midwives. Our ethos was to provide cost effective, interactive and holistic antenatal education classes. Collectively, we all have a wealth of experience, specialities and knowledge to share with you. We understand the needs of our pregnant mothers from a practical perspective, and the complexity of wanting to get things ‘just right’ for newest member of the family. So, together, we’ve picked out all the relevant topics that we believe will be both interesting and factual. Enveloped with lots of feminine energy and love, surrounded by like-minded people. Finally, we offer our mothers to be, the opportunity to partake in ‘pregnancy yoga’ in the last session, for mindfulness and relaxation. A beautiful way to close the course prior meeting again with our tiny mamalma members at the celebratory gathering.
