We start at the very beginning. No netball knowledge is expected and the aim of every session is to have fun. Children work with or without their parents, it’s up to them (and you). Children can begin at the age of 3 and continue in this group until they finish Reception. The technical content is well crafted ensuring the FUNdamentals of movement are in every session. Through imaginative games skills are developed including agility, balance and coordination. Traditional netball equipment is avoided as we know how off putting 10ft posts can be. Miniaturised equipment is available, our Mighty Netballers play with small netballs promoting hand eye coordination and becoming familiar with the netball. Sessions stimulate imagination and aid early development skills. Mighty Netballers grow in confidence, develop skill, enhance ability and have fun. - Parental support required - 15 minutes of free play with parents at the beginning followed by - 30 minute session for Preschool & Reception - Weekly sessions - Two coaches for 16 children
