Acro Dance, Level 3 - Level 5

Book a two-week trial for £27 to attend unlimited classes across our three academies before signing up for the term. Acro dance combines flips and rhythm! Learn acrobatic skills while exploring musicality and creative movement. This class focuses on balance, strength, flexibility and control. Dancers learn to perform smooth transitions between skills such as rolls, cartwheels and handstands. This class builds coordination, confidence and body awareness while being encouraging, creative and fun.
