SAADI Gymnastics was established in 1975. Originally specialising in women’s artistic, the club opened up a Recreational Club in 2015 in order to offer gymnastics to everyone in the local area.
We run classes for both boys and girls and have squads in both the competitive and recreational classes. We also have recently added drop in classes and parent/toddler preschool classes to our time table.
Our vision is to make gymnastics available to everyone in the local area of Harpenden, St Albans and Redbourn.
We believe that the skills learnt from gymnastics can help both the physical and mental strength of our members and benefit them not just in the gym but out in the world as well.

About Saadi Gymnastics Holiday Camp
Holiday Club is open to boys and girls of all abilities between the age 4 - 14.You do not need to be a club member!
During the main camp, gymnasts work in groups split based on age and rotate around all equipment in the gym.
The day is filled with fun, games and lots of gymnastics!
Our coaches are well equipped to work with gymnasts of all abilities, ensuring that all children feel part of the group and that there is something for everyone.
To help break up the session, we incorporate fun games and challenges which help the gymnasts get to know each other but also give them a slight break from their hard work.
EARLY BIRD 9 - 10am - £5 extra
Need to go to work earlier? Why not book in for the early bird where your children can take part in arts and crafts for an hour before the main camp.
After the main camp we will be setting up our giant cinema screen and showing age appropriate short movies for an hour.
If this isn't for your child there will be a selection of board games to play as well!
