Taking inspiration from the Cathedral’s rich history, collections and archive, this immersive sound and light show will delight and captivate audiences of all ages - perfect for date nights, family outings, or a solo trip to indulge in art and architecture. What to expect: Luminous is an immersive sound and light show suitable for all ages. Visitors are advised there may be flashing lights and loud noises throughout the show. The flashing lights may not be safe for those with epilepsy and other conditions with sensitivity to light. The experience lasts approximately 45 minutes to one hour. About Luxmuralis: Luxmuralis is the name given to the artistic collaboration Peter Walker (Sculptor) and David Harper (Composer), who specialise in immersive fine art, light and sound installations around the UK and abroad, creating works across multiple media and presentation formats. Luxmuralis creates artwork that explores and develops fine art traditions through new media, and place contemporary fine art, light, and sound production in an art historical context.
