Our Intermediates Street Dance Classes are suitable for children aged 9-11 years old. Students enrolled onto our Street Dance classes will enjoy a fun, upbeat and interactive learning process. They will explore moving through the space, learning and devising their own routines and performance techniques and dance technqiues. They will gain qualities such as sportsmanship, problem solving, confidence, and team working as they are led by our trained dance instructors. Each student will learn different aspects of Street Dance such as Hip Hop, Poppin' and Lockin', Break Dancing and Commercial. Book a trial and see how your child gets on in one of our classes. Our Beginners Ballet Dance Classes are suitable for children aged 6-8 years old. Students enrolled onto our Ballet dance classes will enjoy exploring different aspects of Ballet. This includes classical ballet and modern ballet. Our classes encourage for students to become all- rounded Ballet dancers with a focus on encouraging expression through movement. Students will enjoy classes which will focus not only on technique but freedom of creativity from their own imaginations. Students will be taught barre technique and centre work by our trained dance instructor and will have the chance to learn and interpret well known classical ballet choreography. Our Tots Street Dance Classes are suitable for children aged 3-5 years old. Students enrolled onto our Street Dance classes will enjoy a fun, upbeat and interactive learning process. They will explore moving through the space, recalling dance steps as well as creating their own special moves. Through the mode of story telling and use of characters and puppets, our students will enjoy an immersive Street Dance experience that will engage all the elements vital to the development stages linked to Early Years learning which include: Language development – through listening and responding to instructions Kinaesthetic – through building up children’s motor skills by being able to move confidently in a range of ways, safely negotiating space and handling props Auditory – through children being able to listen and respond to music, sounds and rhymes Imagination and creativity – Through the use of story telling and using characters to aid the learning of dance Book a trial and see how your child gets on in one of our classes.
