Join us this October Half Term for a musical theatre camp with a Halloween twist! Combining spooky scenes and dances from ‘Wednesday’ the Netflix series, SIX’ the musical, and ‘Hocus Pocus 2’. This Musical Theatre Camp promises a spooktacular performance in the Rutherford Theatre. Boo there or Boo Square! Drama and Dance boost confidence, imagination and collaboration skills.

Join The Arts Place this summer for our action-packed Drama & Art Camps! Drama boosts confidence, imagination and collaboration skills. In our Drama camps, children get active with Drama and activities led by Drama professionals and work towards a show for family and friends on the final day! A place where all ideas are valid and there are no right or wrong answers, just ideas to be explored. We promote an environment of creativity from the moment the children enter the drama space. Nothing is more exciting than what exists in children’s imaginations and if you trust that then the possibilities for creativity are boundless. Through developing their theatre skills, we see children grow in confidence, find their voices and express themselves and we feel genuinely blessed to do the work that we do.

Our Art Masters Summer Art Camp is an opportunity for children to truly immerse themselves in the world of art! Each day we will explore colour in art through different mediums and themes. Single day bookings are available for this camp. Monday - Colour in Motion Tuesday - Beyond the Brush Wednesday - Street Art Spectrum Thursday - Colours of the Earth Drawing inspiration from artists such as Keith Harring, Hilma af Klint, Jean-Michel Basquiat and Takasha Murakami children will explore how we use colour through a variety of artistic mediums, creating their own masterpieces to take home each day! Children work in groups according to their age. *Children aged 4 can attend for up to 5 hours per day - please contact The Arts Place to arrange booking and timings.
