The Cappadocia Hot Air Balloon Festival in Turkey is an annual event held in the Cappadocia region, renowned for its unique "fairy chimney" landscapes. It typically takes place in August, attracting visitors from around the world to experience the spectacle of hot air balloons against the backdrop of Cappadocia's stunning scenery. We'll join in the festival from afar by designing and building our own papier maché hot air balloons! We'll use balloons, paper, card, tissue paper, rope and other materials to create our beautiful mini balloons. You'll be able to take your balloon home to hang in a corner of your home - you can imagine that you are floating in Cappadocia!
