The Fashion School was founded in 2012 by Caroline Gration, with the aim to promote a healthy attitude towards fashion and individuality to children, teenagers and adults.
Our tutors have at least a BA (Hons) in Fashion or Textiles, are DBS certified, first aid trained, Arts Award advisers and have experience within the industry and/or running their own business.
We offer after school and Saturday classes for children and teens of all levels, exciting half term and holiday workshops, fashion trips, luxe fashion workshops for grown ups, and creative birthday parties for children.
We’re an Arts Award centre! Our tutors are Bronze & Silver Arts Award advisers and teach this nationally recognised GCSE level qualification – ideal for aspiring fashion/textile students who want to create their own brief.
We’ve been part of the Duke of Edinburgh awards scheme since 2012.

About Cosy Pyjama Bottoms
Who doesn't love a new pair of pyjamas at Christmas!Learn to sew your own cosy pair of Winter pyjama bottoms. Choose from our gorgeous range of trendy tweeds, cotton lawn and fleece fabrics.
Our team of fashion tutors will guide you through the process, from designing to constructing and finishing your garment.
A step-by-step workshop suitable for beginners to sewing and those who've been before.
Skills learned:
• Machine and hand sewing
• Pinning, measuring and cutting
• Sewing side and patch pockets
• Using cover stitch machine
• Inserting elastic waistband
• Attaching drawstring cord
• Accuracy

Learn to make on-trend garments, develop your sewing & pattern cutting skills, whilst getting into the mind of a designer.
We have a range of compelling and sustainable workshops taught by expert tutors and industry professionals.
On top of this, it all takes place in our new big studio with patterncutting tables and specialist areas, over on 6 Burnsall St SW3 3ST.
